This 'Track Record' offers an alphabetical overview of
all Scotch single malt whiskies I've seriously sampled
and scored between 1997 and 2006. Unlike the circa
500 whiskies in my Little Black Book (1997-2003),
these whiskies are listed without the tasting notes.
You can find those in my Liquid Log - just click on the
name of a whisky to jump to the entry with the notes.
 
In 2005 I needed to add a second page to my Track
Record and in 2006 it simply came apart at the seams.
Fresh notes can be found in the Distillery Data section.

The single malts on my Track Record are listed alphabetically, but for your
browsing convenience I've made a few selections out of these 2000+ malts
(and the whiskies I've tried after 2006) in the mAlmanac. The Hit List gives
you an overview of all my personal favourits, the name of the Shit List speaks
for itself and the Bang For Your Buck List should come in handy if you prefer
to pay as little as possible for your daily dosage of 'water of life'. The Hit List
shows the best money can buy; the BFYB List shows the best you can buy ;-)
 
The scores on Malt Madness are on a 1-100 scale and only meant to translate
my purely personal opinion about a single malt into numbers. This allows you
to compare my overall enjoyment of one single malt with that of another one.
